Filling the Gaps

Filling the Gaps aims to positively influence the healthy eating and physical activity patterns of families with young children 0-12 years of age, with a specific focus on 0-2 years and vulnerable, hard to reach communities.

Filling the Gaps works in collaboration with The Royal Children’s Hospital, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, and the Centre of Physical Activity Across the Lifespan at the Australian Catholic University. Filling the Gaps is a partner program of Kids – ‘Go for your life’

Filling the Gaps develops evidence based resources and information for families and health professionals.

All resources can be accessed through the Kids – ‘Go for your life’ website.
